About the Recipe

This is our go-to recipe for broccoli, broccolini and sprouting broccoli. Pop it in the oven while you get the rest of dinner on the table!

Ingredients
  • 2 medium stalks of broccoli (about 2 pound)

  • 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

  • 1/4 cup Cali Kitchen Tahini Roasted Garlic Sauce

  • sea salt

  • black pepper


Preparation

Step 1


Preheat the oven to 425ºF (220ºC). Wash the broccoli and cut it into florets. You can also remove the outer layer of stalk and cut the inner stalk into batons.


Step 2


Combine the broccoli with olive oil, salt and pepper and place in a single layer on a large baking sheet lined with parchment paper.


Step 3


Roast for 15-20 minutes until crispy on the outside. Serve with dollops of our Tahini Roasted Garlic Sauce.
