About the Recipe

Use go-to magic sauce for this simple yet incredibly satisfying potato dish. Great for serving with any protein or as an addition to salads and mixtures of other roasted vegetables.

Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 pounds golden or washed potatoes, peeled and cut into 1" cubes

  • 3-4 tbsp Cali Kitchen Garlic, Lemon and Parsley Sauce

  • Black pepper

  • Sea salt

Preparation

Step 1


Preheat the oven to 425ºF (220ºC).


Step 2


In an ovenproof dish, combine the potatoes with the Cali Kitchen Garlic, Parsley and Lemon Sauce. Season to taste with black pepper an sea salt.


Step 3


Bake for 30-35 minutes until the potatoes are golden and crispy. (For crispier potatoes, do not agitate them during the roasted so they get a nice sear on one side.)
