The easiest and best hummus, bright and lemon-y with slightly sweet undertones from roasted garlic and a smidge of dates.
Ingredients
1 can (1 1/2 cups) rehydrated chickpeas, drained
4 oz Cali Kitchen Tahini Roasted Garlic Sauce
Red pepper flakes (optional)
Sea salt (optional)
Lemon juice (optional)
Preparation
Step 1
In the bowl of a food processor, combine the chickpeas with the contents of a 4-oz jar of Cali Kitchen Tahini Roasted Garlic. Season to taste with red pepper, sea salt and lemon juice.
Step 2
Serve with pita chips, flat bread or crudités.
