As two busy parents, we lacked the time and energy to make nourishing family meals, and we knew we weren’t the only ones.

Food is everything to me – life, love, nourishment, a moment to come together. As a chef and food entrepreneur, I've had the privilege of curating these special food moments for the last 15 years. Now as a mother of two I don't have as much time to spend in the kitchen everyday, and I have to balance my passion for cooking with parenting and other responsibilities. As a professional chef I found that having a selection of prepped elements like sauces on hand allows me to streamline my cooking, so that I have more time to savor the meal and the moment without skimping on quality, freshness or flavor.

Growing up, family meals were a time to share food, stories, and relax, all nourished by my mom's home cooking. I've always loved food, but after my first child was born, I became curious about where our food comes from and the quality of ingredients. Years later, after welcoming my second child, perimenopause hit me with insomnia, mood swings, and hot flashes. Amid it all, I delved into natural, nutrient-dense food, which helped me manage the hormonal rollercoaster. It felt like a tasty revolution happening right in my kitchen.
